    Hi Guys,

I really like you product and I’m after installing it to see if it will work for my client.
The only thing that I’m having an issue with is how to use the QR Code to check in tickets.

There is no tutorial or Doc support for this part of the process so can you help me to find out how to use the Event Check In process.

Thanks again and well done for a great product.

@donallong Making this sticky since a common question.

You can use any QR Reader app that supports URLs.

We prefer NeoReader, which works on iOS and Android.

The process is simple – login using whatever browser your QR Reader uses to your website as ‘Checkin Only’, ‘Box Office’ or above permission user. (Browser choice is a setting in NeoReader)

Once you are logged in, which you only need to do once, your phone is a scanner.

    1 .Open the app
    2. Scan the ticket
    3.Get result

The results will be something like ‘Checked In’, ‘Invalid Ticket’ or ‘Ticket already checked in’

Hope this helps. We wanted to make the checkin process free for any smart phone.

FYI if you join our mailing list, we are working on a native iOS app for our customers to use which will be even faster. We’ll update our mailing list when that is complete.

    Hi.

Hi. I have a problem now.

This function worked fine till yesterday, but today, when I try to chek-in a ticket, I get a white screen.

I don’t know what changed from yesterday to today.

    Could someone help me?

@chipweb since this was in a sticky forum post, we didn’t see it. I know you are paid customer, so you can open a ticket on our website.

White screen probably means you aren’t logged in to the browser the QR reader is using. For example, I use NeoReader and choose Chrome on iPhone, so i have to login to our website on Chrome.

    Hi.

The problem is that nobody answer my messages. Also, even a friend who lives in New York has called you several times and nobody ever answers the phone.

I have some problems with your plugins and services and I need the support I paid for.

    Now!

Same issue here: white screen while logged in. What can this be ?
    Thx for helping 🙂

When copy/pasting the link in a browser on a regular pc: same issue while logged in.

Ok, found out why I got the blank page after scanning the QR-code: we have iThemes Security installed to protect our web site from hackers, spammers etc. de-activating this plugin helped and now it works….
