how to upload from local system to server

    i am doing all the things in local system…
    i configured all the things…
    i want to upload only the post, pages, plugings
    how to do this one instead of uploading all the content..

    i configured all the things of wordpress in my server..
    i don’t want to change the setting
    i want to upload only the pages, posts, plugging..
    how to do ?
    please help…

    Did you try to export the content? It always work for me!
