How to upgrade the best way ?

    Hi,

    I am using wordpress 1.2.2 and I’d like to upgrade it ; is it possible to do so without losing all the modifications I’ve done to my files (index.php,… and others available in “Templates”) ?

    Where to find the latest version ?
