I thought I was redirecting the front page of an old, out of date url to our newer, more current one. As soon as I clicked "save changes", I was logged out, and the oldsite.blog/wp-admin page redirected to the newsite.blog/wp-admin.

Is there any way to get back into there to undo the redirect?

The old site is http://www.bloominpromotions.com/blog. If you type that address in, it goes to the front page without redirecting. If you click any of the links there, it takes you to the new site.

If I can just get it to redirect without loading that front page, I don't need to log into the dashboard on the old page.

You'll have to access your WordPress database via phpMyAdmin (most hosting providers offer this in their control panel) and manually change the siteurl and home values.
