    Open wp-config.php and modify the line below, or add it if it is missing. 

    define ('WPLANG', 'vi_VI');

    Please check afterwards there are 2 language files in woocommerce/i18n/languages/ folder : woocommerce-vi_VN.mo and woocommerce-vi_VN.po
