Support » Plugin: Custom Login Page Customizer | LoginPress » How to translate the instructions on password reset

  • Hi,

I am using your *great* plugin in another language and need some help please…

I have translated all the error messages in the plugin/theme customizer and they all appear as they should, all is fine there.

I am however having trouble finding the following two sets of texts that still appear in English and I can´t seem to find their location:

    a. the text that appears on the reset email login modal: “Please enter your username or email address. You will receive an email message with instructions on how to reset your password.”

    b. the text “Check your email for the confirmation link, then visit the login page.”

I have looked into the POT file in the plugin language directory and there is no such text string (if there was, I´d translate that and all would be fine).

It seems as if these texts are not pulled in from the LoginPress plugin language POT file, but from the wordpress installation… but that installation is the foreign language and should therefore show the foriegn text if this was the case.

It seems as if for some reason LoginPress is not pulling the appropriate text for the appropriate language, but falls back on the English text.

Would you have any suggestions on how to solve this please?

    I am a LoginPressPro customer/user.

    Hey, @prwordpressorg

Thank you for liking the LoginPress.
We’ve checked that both strings you mentioned have an issue in LoginPress current version v1.5.0 (they are not updated in the POT file)
We’ll fix them in the very next update that will be v1.5.1

    Looking forward.
