Look into the file that generates this page and manually edit it in your file-manager or in the theme-file-editor

There is a way but it would take some explaining. You need to create a POT file which is a file that is used to translate from one language to another. I think there is a program called poedit that will generate the files you will need. I haven’t done it but I know you need 3 files a pot file,PO file, and a MO file. In WordPress, the libraries that does this in both front and back end are named i18n. It named this because there are 18 letters between the i and n in internationalization. If you theme supports it you will see functions like this in it __() and _e(). You can find the wordpress hand book for i18n here. You might need a developer to help you if you go this route. Also, there are some paid plugins that will do this.
