Support » Plugin: Participants Database » how to translate fields with wpml ?

  • hello,

i’m trying to translate the ‘participant database’ form using wpml, but can’t find the fields in the list of all available strings.

i see, and can translate, the general/native strings of the plugin, but cannot see the fields that i created for the form (like name, company, etc.).

i have added the define( ‘PDB_MULTILINGUAL’, true ); line to the function.php of my child theme, as requested here on xnau website, without effect.

    am i missing something ?

    thank for your help !

The plugin is not currently set up to use WPML. The “multilingual” mode only works with some multilingual plugins, but not all. I am working on making Participants Database compatible with WPML.

    well ok.

this is sad for me but what can i do… wpml is one of the main wp translation plugin (with polylang), so it could be a major improvement if you could work on it someday.

and could you please tell if you have by a message on this thread ? as i have subscribed to it, i will receive the information by mail.

    thanks !

I am in the process of setting this up, I plan to release a version with WPML support soon.
