I have created some custom post types. How to translate them with Loco Translate?

You can’t do that with this plugin.

Unless you mean literal strings you’ve hard-coded into your custom post type?

If your custom post type is in a plugin, you’ll have to internationalize the plugin. See WordPress help pages linked from above FAQ.
