  • Resolved arbis

    Hello dear Dokan support staff.
Looks that there is a new language string on the login string
“A link to set a new password will be sent to your email address.”

I could not find it in the language file.
Please can you advice me on how to translate this new string?

    Thank you for your help.

  • Hi @arbis

    Thank you for reaching us.

I would like to help you, however, password reset links from the My Account page usually do send from the WooCommerce plugin. Kindly look for that string within the WooCommerce plugin, I believe you will find that.

However, if you feel like I have missed anything then feel free to share more details with a screenshot which will help me understand the query more clearly.

    Have an amazing day!

Thank you @shafinahmad01 for the reply.
I would check inside WooCommerce plugin and let you know.

    Best regards.

As you haven’t replied for a long, I’m considering that your query is being satisfied and I’m also resolving this topic.

But feel free to create another one anytime.

Hi, having the same issue and it is not in the woocommerce langauge file. It’s not in the theme language file either… where is it?

Hi, I actually found it from the untranslated strings on. I sent a suggestion for the translation on website. My question is who will I get this string translated until the languagefile will update?

Where is the english-“translation” for woocommerce located? I can search for the string in that, if you can direct me to the right folder!

I have the same issue. I can’t find anyway to translate this… how long shoud it take before we get a string for it?

I found this string in Woocommerce.

I used the WPML as follows:
    1. Select “Theme and plugins localization” in the WPML menu.
    2. Enable Woocommerce (in my case I selected all plugins related to Woocommerce).
    3. Scroll down and select a button named “Scan selected plugins for strings”.
    4. Select “String Translation” in the WPML menu.
    5. Search for a required string and hit “Search” button.
    6. Translate the string for native language.
    End of the procedure
