 * i want to ask how to test that the plugin is working ? can i test it in browser
   inspect element while changing toogle device toolbar ?
 * is it work on already upload picture file ? or i should reupload to make it work?

 * Hi! Sorry for late reply!
    You don’t have to upload your images once again, RWP
   uses the different image sizes generated by WordPress on upload.
 * You can inspect the `<img>` element and see if it has the correct `srcset` and`
   sizes` attributes. You can also turn on the debug mode, that will add HTML comments
   above each image that RWP “makes responsive.”
