Support » Plugin: Black Studio TinyMCE Widget » How to take in account custom CSS?

    Hi,

I just started to use Black Studio TinyMCE Widget with a theme which uses custom CSS elements (classes with different CSS properties that I use in my texts).
How can I ask TinyMCE to take in account the CSS file of my theme in order to render my text in the same way than in the front-end?
Indeed, I can modify the HTML code in the Text tab, but if I go back to Visual tab, the render is totally different, that what I have when I save my work…

As far as I know, TinyMCE has a property custom_CSS (http://www.tinymce.com/wiki.php/Configuration:content_css), but I have no idea how to ask Black Studio TinyMCE Widget to do the same 🙂

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi Lionel,
what you ask for should be made at WordPress/Theme level, not at (our) plugin level.
You may add an editor-style.css in your theme folder, with CSS rules that will be applied inside the editor.
Take a look at the add_editor_style codex page for further info.

    Hello Marco,

Thank you for your answer. Indeed I didn’t know that WordPress was including TinyMCE, and that the setting was related to the theme.
I start using WordPress and I still need to improve my knowledge on that topic.

Anyway, issue is now solved. Thanks a lot!
