How to syndicate comments through RSS feeds to social media profiles

I am currently using syndicationmasters with my Sendible and Onlywire to syndicate my wordpress blog posts to other people’s social profiles, I am wondering if it’s a way I can get an RSS feed on the comments so member comments get syndicated to their profiles as well, is this possible?
