 * I am trying to connect a form that only connects emails to our hubspot contact
   list.
The plugin is defaulting to using the email input for the name field.
Is there a way to change this? The “select field” dropdown isn’t displaying any
   relevant fields.
 * [Here is a pic of what I am trying to configure.](https://imgur.com/a/1YBJzqk)
 * Thank you in advance for any assistance.
