• Hi, I have a series of products on sale at this page, and they are all subdivided into categories, however, they appear as a bunch of products without any folder to pack them in in the shop, and this takes time for the client (if any) to find what is needed. How can I change the layout in this introductory page of wooccomerce so that it shows folder of the categories instead?

    Thanks

  • Try going to Appearance -> Customize -> WooCommerce -> Product Catalog, and make sure your Shop page is set to “Show Categories” and your Category Display is set how you would like it.

Thanks, I tried , and in the preview window it worked, but the in the main page when I loaded it nothing changed, even after clearing and deleting cache-

Caching is definitely the first thing I would think of if the Preview works but the live site does not. If you’ve cleared any caching plugin and your browser cache, and your changes still don’t show, perhaps your host has some kind of caching running? You’d have to check with your web host on this one.

Are you using a Content Delivery Network (CDN) that is serving an older version of the site?

Maybe your theme overrides the WooCommerce settings for the Shop page?
