how to style posts in home page like this???

    Hi
    this website for a magazine has a very nice style for the posts in the home page,
    http://uxmag.com/

    if your guys take a closer look to the posts you will see they are aligned to each other in row, that’s what i’m trying to achieve right now for my church website. does any one has an idea about how accomplish this in wordpress?? if something like this have done using widgets, what is the name of this widgets?? and what are the CSS that required??
    any help is greatly appreciate it.

    this kind of layout is possibly based on some custom loops to output the corresponding posts with their html structure; and formatted with the corresponding CSS.

    there is no general or short way to give you any CSS to do this; it will depend on your currently used theme and its html structure.
