Hi All,
Since few weeks I’m getting dozens of spam users registring to by blog. Do you know a good paid or free plugin I could use to stop them. I do need my readers and customers to register.

Check out plugins, for example:

Since you’re talking specifically about spam user registration, I’d try an aptly named plugin like the Stop Spammer Registrations plugin.
