My theme support can’t login to the website, they get error 403 [https://ticksy_attachments.s3.amazonaws.com/Screen%20Shot%202019-04-30%20at%206.04.48%20PM_603.png](https://ticksy_attachments.s3.amazonaws.com/Screen%20Shot%202019-04-30%20at%206.04.48%20PM_603.png) when they try to login using wp-login.php It happens even when wordfence is disabled. * How can I fix it so users registered on my website can login? (Even if you didn’t have `Delete tables and data on deactivation` checked off) * However, if you have a caching plugin, it is possible that the 403 was from Wordfence, but it’s still showing long after you disabled Wordfence. I looked through the list of plugins too and couldn’t find any caching plugins. * Another place you can check is within the `.htaccess`, to see if you have any rules set up that would generate a 403 error for the login page.
