How to start Session Manager

    Hallo,

    sorry to ask but I am not able to start Session Manager. There is no link after installation.

    I can start the statistics. But how to start the Session Manager like in the Screenshot.

    Btw. this is an absolute great piece of work. Keep you great work up.

    Thank you for your kind words and sorry to hear you can’t access it.
    Do you have, in the left admin bar, a menu named “PerfOps One” ? If so, can you tell me which submenus you see ?

    that’s the problem. there is no menu at all.

    That’s strange.
    Can you confirm you have the administrator role on your site?

    Is it a multisite or single WP install?

    It is single WP install. What i did so far.

    I installed a new WP instance and installed decalog as first plugin. after that i installed all other plugins, like traffic etc.

    Everything was working as expected. All the links where there.

    Not checking any longer i installed all the other plugins. somewhere from here to there the links where gone again.

    i am not sure but maybe this happens when Menu Editor Pro is used. But i am not sure. Except of your links nothing else is missing.

    quite strange. any idea?

    For now i added the links manually. so no hurry šŸ™‚

    Ah. The name “Menu Editor” sounds the bell šŸ™‚ It may be this plugin which have conflicts. Could you tell me its exact name (or a link to its page) so I can try to reproduce it on my own environment?

    I’m definitely unable to reproduce the issue with the free version of AME. Do you have specific settings you can tell me about?

    i will reproduce for you. let me install from scratch another instance and find out under what circumstances this happens.

    Hi @dvokoun !

    I’ve found something which can be the cause of an issue with AME…
    As today is a “release-day” for PerfOps One plugins, I’ve introduce a small fix to that. Maybe it will fix your issue.

    Can you tell me if it fixes it after upgrading?
    (new versions will be available in the next hours)
