How to split menu on two lines in navbar

Hello there!

As I write in the topic title, I would like to split the menu on 2 lines.
I successfully was able to add a secondary menu using hook __navbar, but if I enable sticky navbar it doesn’t stay there but it moves in a top bar and, worst thing, it doesn’t appear in mobile menu.
