How to split a heavy page in Elementor into parts?

I have a page made in Elementor that is growing every week and is already having issues loading.
What options are there?
I see only a solution to physically divide one page into parts and make links to neighboring pages from each page. I thought maybe there is some kind of plugin that will load the old data as the page scrolls, but I did not find it.
Maybe there is some solution, for example, in the form of a plugin for Elementor?
