How to Sort query wpdb by multiple custom fields

I almost have this working but it’s returning multiple instances of the same post, I’m not sure where to use JOIN or LEFT JOIN as my SQL skills are pretty non existent. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

it returns what I want, and sorts by the way I want, but I don’t need multiple instances of the same post. Do any SQL wizards know what I’m doing wrong here?
