How to skip page in form?

    Hi!

    I need to create a form:
    1. If I choose OPTION-1 on first page of form, “Next” button will take me to the second then the third and eventually the fourth page which is the last. Just usual process.
    BUT
    2. If I choose OPTION-2 on first page of form, “Next” button will take me straight to the fourth – last page of the form.

    Does anyone know, how to do this or if it’s even possible?
