How to show the posts created by a user

I ahve installed eonet frontend pubisher in my website. I am using this plugin with ultimate member. My registered users can post articles in my site. The post publishing for is only available for registered users. I am happy with the post form by eonet. But it really need a shortcode to display all posts in page. where user can check the posts made by him and edit or delete the posts.

Help me to find a solution.
