How to show random topic but from a different WP database?

    I have multiple wp installed under my hosting account with separate domain.

    On website(A), it’s about web-designs.
    On website(B), it’s about food.

    Currently on website(A), i’ve manage to display random topic as based on website(A) database entry.

    Can someone assist me on how to extract and display random topic from website(B) database entry onto one of the pages of website(A)?

    Additional note: I did tried using RSS but it only gets the list of recent topics, and if I use iframe, i fear some browser would have problem loading it correctly.
