How to show present post differently

    Hi,
    I wonder if it is possible, or if you could design the plugin to show the list of posts associated with the category but for the title of the one being read, to be indicated as the present one.
    For example:
    [catlist ID=88 numberposts=-1 date=yes orderby=date]

    This shows as
    *ImuPro, not good enough evidence, again! November 26, 2013
    *Health Inc Integrated Wellness Centre – ASA ruling April 8, 2013
    *ImuPro breach ruling March 11, 2012
    *ImuPro / IgG testing, UK equivalent August 31, 2011

    It would be nice if one is reading the 3rd post for it to show something like:
    *ImuPro, not good enough evidence, again! November 26, 2013
    *Health Inc Integrated Wellness Centre – ASA ruling April 8, 2013
    >>ImuPro breach ruling March 11, 2012
    *ImuPro / IgG testing, UK equivalent August 31, 2011
