How to show popup only to DEFAULT ANDROID BROWSER?

    Hi,
    In android mobiles, I can have differents browser like, chrome, firefox or the default android browser.
    I need create differents popup, (so, I need buy payment pluguin, off course) but I need show only one of them to the DEFAULT ANDROID BROWSER.
    For example, can I add a simple snippet to the function.php file in order to do that?
    Or for example, can I integrate your popup with the following plugin:
    https://es.wordpress.org/plugins/php-browser-detection/ (it enable me to detect browser).
    Please, let me know if it is possible, and if you can provide me some details (like snippet, or others things) for to do that.
