How to Show Number of Shares?

    Hi i have a website Top 10 Lists. I mainly write about viral content. I have seen websites like Screenrant.com and List25.com When i open their posts i see the number of social shares option on the top. Is it through a plugin or is there any coding? Please Help.

    There are plugins for social share counters:

    e.g.: AccessPress Social Counter, Cresta Social Share Counter.

    Once installed, you can add social share buttons for FB, twitter, pintrest, G+, LinkedIn, etc… and the share count for each page shows on the button!
