How to show my self hosted website posts on wordpress.com reader feed

Hello,

I recently moved my wordpress.com website to self hosted website via bluehost.
I am trying to figure out a way in which my published posts can appear on wordpress.com reader feed.

I notice my posts are no longer getting any attention as they do not appear on reader view. I am hoping someone would have figured out a solution to this.
