How to show links in excerpt of posts

Hi,
I know about one possible solution written in this support – set Full instead Excerpt post in Frontier settings. But it isn’t good for me. I need Excerpt posts.
I want to ask you how show links in excerpts on Home page? I was reading and trying many guides on internet and no solution doesn’t work. I tried this different solutions, but nothing work.

• Universal code in this guide (I tried tag '<a>' instead of ‘<p>’ tag
• Guide for identification and editing own code on wordpress support forum

So I think there is any method declarated in you theme, what is highet then code what I edited. I think solution will be in editing of functions.php in my Frontier-child theme.

My goal is enable to click on download links on my website http://kamzici.ctujm.cz/. Example of link that doesn’t work is in post ‘Putování za tajemstvím pražského Golema’. Link for download is called ‘Putování za pražským Golemem’ (in the bottom of website – end of Excerpt post).

I am using plugin Posts in Page on my home page. Plugin is using shortcode [ic_add_posts template=’loop-blog.php’] for action.
