I’m really sorry but there is not such an option yet. You can create a centered button [Leave a Comment] with bookmark link to top comment form. For the simple replies they can use [reply] button/link on each comments.
However this is in our to-do list, we’ll make it available in future versions.

Wow, that was super-fast! Will be waiting for it then. In the meantime, what would be the link for such a button? Would it be #wc-comment-header?

Is there any template support with this plugin where we can code and change the positioning of individual components like the comment box, comments themselves etc.?
We’re preparing a new UI/UX for wpDiscuz. It’ll come with templates, and you’ll be able to add custom templates as well.
Any rough idea of when a version with template support will be available?
Plus 1000 support for this option + the ability to style the entire reply form section. Look forward to the new template system. Thank you for this plugin.

Hi, I really enjoy your plugin. Could you tell me please, how to get the commenting form, that by default is at the top, to show up at the bottom too?
The reason for this need, is that when people read from top to bottom, it’s very unintuitive to scroll back to the top to post a new comment. If they want to post a reply, everything is great, because they have option right there in front of them. But when people want to post a new comment, that option should be right there, too.
So, it would be very helpful if commenting form would who up both at the top and at the bottom. And it would be even better if it would show up at the bottom only after certain comments have been posted (let’s say 5).
