How to show blogdescription (tagline) on title hover

    I would like to know how to get my tag line to be displayed when one hovers over the title of my blog.
    There is currently no room for the tagline so I’d like it to show up on hover. The theme is build on the sandbox.

    I have not been able to find this out anywhere.
    I assume it a piece of code which has to go somewhere.
