Ah I was dropping by to check the same thing. Would be great if you could drop the average rating into a page as shortcode. Otherwise this plugin is exactly what I was looking for, nice and simple and works well, thanks!
Hi @rahulkapoordelhi86 & @simonwiffen,
Thanks for the valuable suggestions. I have updated the plugin accordingly.
Now you guys can use [stars_rating_avg] shortcode to display average rating anywhere in the post/page.
For more details please see the change-log and screenshots of this plugin.
If you guys liked this plugin and my support for it then would be great if you guys review the plugin with some of your good words here:

Thanks & Regards,
Fahid
Hi,
I tried to implement the shortcode both via editing the post in WP admin (WordPress 5.0.3) and via the post template with <?php echo do_shortcode( '[stars_rating_avg]' ); ?>
but nothing is outputted, not even the shortcode text.
Other shortcodes work well ([gallery] etc.).
Any ideas?

Hi @neendreams,
Ensure that you are using the latest version 1.3.1 of this plugin and your site post has at least one rating to display.
In case you still face any issue it would be nice if you share that post URL with me.
Thank you,
Fahid
Oh ok I understand.
I thought the shortcode made it possible to show the stars so that the users can review the post, not only show the already made reviews.
Is it possible to output the stars anywhere on the post via php or the shortcode?
Thanks
Hi,
If you enable the Stars Rating for the default posts/pages or for any custom post type then any user can review those posts while adding review/comment to them by choosing any number of stars from total 5.
For more details please consult the plugin description page.
Thanks,
Fahid
