How to show 1.image and first part of post in Feed

I have been trying to figure this one out.

I would like to show my first image and the first part of my post before the more tag in my rss feed and email newsletter
and then have a link back to the rest of the article on my website.

There used to be a plugin called “Better Feed”

But this is not supported anymore.

Just adding the more tags did not work as it still showed the complete post.

I would like to show all of the post (including image) up to the more tag.

Any idea please how else to do this? Another plugin maybe?
