How can I show 1 plugin on the left hand side to a user or user role. I’ve been able to do everything but this. Thank you.

Not sure exactly what do you mean but I’m assuming you are talking about backend menu. Check this article https://aamplugin.com/help/how-to-manage-wordpress-backend-menu
