Is there a way we can setup a gallery with this theme on a custom page?

I want 20 thumbnail images on a page, and when you click on any of them, it pops open that clicked image full screen, with arrows to the left and right of it. You could then click to the next image, or previous image.

Does this theme provide anything like that?

Galleries are built into WordPress, so you’ll just use the Gallery block on any post or page:

Lightbox functionality is not built into WordPress though.

For that, you’ll need a plugin like and its Carousel module: (which is compatible with WordPress’s Gallery block)

I’m going through the same delima. This is what I learnt so far. I got six images in my gallery by selecting more than one from the media library. I then got options for how many collums I wanted. All good so far. I then added another two images and the gallery grew to six images but when I tried to go to seven images I got the entire gallery replaced by the final image I uploaded.
I tried the whjole process again only to fine I could no longer add images to any gallery without the new image or images replacing the previously loaded images.
I can’t replicate what I did when I aded images to the gallery so the work around is to just get all your images ready and do it in one go.
I love to know what I did to make adding images work. Is this a bug?

I discovered that you can add additional images to the gallery without replacing the content already there by not using the media library button but instead dragging the file directly from it’s source window.

Just follow the guide at I’ve had none of the issues you’re describing by doing that.
