My main site is a blog and works fine... I'd like to set up another blog in a subdomain for customer support.

My site is hosted on cpanel... I created the subdomain support in cpanel.

Now I'm confused... about 2 things

    1. http://support.simpletimemanagement.com

and http://www.simpletimemanagment.com/support seem to the same? was there something I did or didn't do in cpanel

    2. How do you create the database for a subdomain? I thought a subdomain was it's own site but apparently in cpanel it treats it like a directory

I couldn't ftp using the subdomain address... I needed to log in a at the main domain and notice the directory support

I'm not a techie... If anybody successfully created a blog in a subdomain hosted with cpanel would be greatly appreciated

but why is also showing up at
    That's not what I want.

I prefer a subdomain... I created support as a subdomain in the cpanel admin

I need someone's help who successfully that created subdomains in cpanel

Apparently I'm doing something wrong... or doesn't cpanel really create subdomains?

Cpanel does create a subdomain - which is actually a folder or sub directory in your root which points to your sub domain. A new domain is not created.
As far as I can see, everything looks good.
