How to set up open Comments box

    As a new user, how do I set up my blog to have an open comments box inviting comments under each post?

    Andrew, I think I am after something similar. I want comment to appear as if a new post. Does anyone know if this is possible in WordPress — short, of course, of giving everyone access to my admin panel.
