How to set the admin panel language for nextgen gallery when using qtranslate?

    Using nextgen gallery 1.6.2 and qtranslate – I can’t get the rihgt translation for the nextgen gallery backend working.

    Whatever I do I still get the english version of the Backend.
    the only language file for ngg is the german one – still the backend is in english language! Why? or better still:

    How to fix it?

    It seems to be an interaction with qtranslate. As soon as I activate qtranslate the ngg language file for german language stops working!

    After doing some updates everythings seems to work again.
