How to set specific posts in the newsletter?

    It’s not possible. If it is a single newsletter just compose it by hand, it’s quicker.

    How to compose it by hand. Is there any short code can be used for inserting posts thumbnail and excerpt into the newsletter? Thanks.

    No, there are not shortcodes, if you have the posts you want in the latest blog posts, just create an email with all the posts and delete the unwanted.

    Or put the post you want to regularly mail in a special category and compose the newsletter extracting the posts only from that category.
