How to set Smart Slider 3 slider to have no first slide?

    I remember selecting the leftmost slide as “first,” but I don’t want it to be first anymore. I just want a random slideshow.

    If I hover over the yellow star on the first slide (the one that also shows first in our slideshow), I cannot disable it—nothing pops up.

    The 3-dot menu for the first slide does not have an “Unset as first” option.

    I cannot find slider settings or slide settings for disabling the forced first slide.

    I just want a random slideshow.

    The randomization feature is available in the Pro version of Smart Slider 3 only. Do you mean you’re using the Pro version? Please open a support ticket at: https://smartslider3.com/contact-us/support/

    For pro product support please contact us directly on our site. As per the forum rules, commercial products are not supported in these forums, which means we’re unable to provide support for questions related to the Pro version.

    But there’s always a “first slide” in the slider, and unless set otherwise, it’s the first slide from the left. So from this perspective, if your “set as first” slide is the actual first slide, it doesn’t really matter whether or not you have set that slide as first, because it will be the first anyway.
