How to set shipping per product and commission issue

Hi, I have submitted a ticket, ticket n. 3051 but nobody has got back to me.
Why is nobody replying to the paid support ticket? There’s also no way to check the status on the system.
We’re very disappointed with the pro version and we’re extremely inclined to request a refund, especially as we’ve bought the lifetime licence trusting the Pro Version would be solid and keep all the set promises.
Can you help here?
We’re trying to understand how to set shipping per vendor per product. We’ve added rates on a product at product level but once you go to the checkout it says “There are no shipping methods available”.
We also seem to have an issue with the commission.
We placed an order of £3 + £1 shipping.
The admin can see a £0.60 commission (20%) but in the order list the vendor sees the sale total at £0.60 rather than £3.40 (£4-0.60).Can you help and get back to me ASAP?
