How to set page width on Additional CSS

Pls advise how to increase the page width (green area) to 95% on Additional CSS
Theme Twenty Eleven. Classic Editor

}To add or override CSS: use the “Additional CSS” option in the customizer. https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/wordpress/css/#Custom_CSS_in_WordPress or at [site]/wp-admin/customize.php if you don’t have that menu option.
Use the Chrome Developer Tools or Firefox Developer Tools to help you see and test changes to your CSS.

Lot of thanks for your advice. It works for me. I set it to 98%
A side question of menu setting. I set the menu as;
Home
Travels to Canada
Travels to USA
Contact Us
But on website, they are displayed
[Home] [Contact Us] [Travels to Canada] [Travels to USA]
How to correct it?Thanks
