Support » Plugin: Widget Shortcode » How to set horizontal display of widgets

  • How do it set these widgets horizontally, that is all on the same row. I can use tables, but that’s not so good for a responsive site on mobile.

The plugin gives you the shortcode to display the widget, it’s entirely up to you on where you want the widget to appear. If you’re using a page builder tool (like this one: https://wordpress.org/plugins/themify-builder-lite/) you can simply create the column layout in there and put the shortcode in. Or you can use shortcodes that create grid structure, for that you can install: https://wordpress.org/plugins/themify-shortcodes/ and then a shortcode like this:

    [themify_col grid="4-1 first"] [widget id="text-1"] [/themify_col] [themify_col grid="4-1"] [widget id="text-2"] [/themify_col] [themify_col grid="4-1"] [widget id="text-3"] [/themify_col] [themify_col grid="4-1"] [widget id="text-4"] [/themify_col]

That shortcode creates a 4-column grid and display a widget in each one.
