How to set format for variable woocommerce product export

    Hi –

    I’m wondering if it is possible to set up the export of variable woocommerce products so that they match the “Variations Grouped By Title, No Parent Products” import option for variable products in WP All Import. When I exported my products with the fields I wanted, I got parent product rows, and then rows for each variation. What I would like to generate is a row for every variation, and no parent product row at all.

    My hope is to be able to export a CSV of all current products with WP All Export that will exactly match the format tat I use to upload new and modified products with WP All Import.

    Hey hcprinter1.

    Unfortunately that wouldn’t be possible. When you use the option “Variations Grouped By Title, No Parent Products” in your import, WP All Import automatically creates a parent product based on the first variation.

    However, you can easily create a new import template that matches the new file structure via Manage Exports – just click the “Import With WP All Import” link to the right of your export, and upload your export file.
