I’m getting a few e-mails every day about a couple of files I changed.
I can’t find where to ignore them. On the e-mail it says:
“Marking one or more files as fixed will force the plugin to ignore them during the next scan, very useful when you find false positives.”
    But where?
On the e-mail there’s a check box with no explanation for what it is. Even if I check those, there’s no commit button.
And I can’t find those results on the Admin console.

  • Go to the plugin’s dashboard, in the “WordPress Integrity” panel you will find a table with the list of files that were marked as corrupt, select the files that you want to ignore during future scans, check the box that says “I understand that this operation can not be reverted.”, choose the option “Mark as Fixed” from the select box in front of the text “ACTION” then hit the “Submit” button.

Aha! Thank you. I wasn’t finding it because of the delay to load those 2 files.
