  • When viewing the widget on the site, there is a name and email filled in as the default in order to leave a message. I want to change or remove this default name and email since it is the email of a former developer of the website. I can’t find in the settings anywhere how to change this. Please advise.

    Hi Lydia,

    You can easily remove the those fields from the chat widget. Please navigate to Widget > Forms > Pre-Chat Form and switch it ‘OFF’.
