How To Set Circle Nav Hover Effect

    The Onetone theme has a circle nav hover effect and I was hoping to be able to use that with Alchem. How do I set that? If I have to do a child theme I don’t have a problem with that. The Onetone setting is in the Customize page under: Onetone: Header>Header Options>Nav Hover Effect.
