• I have just had my photography website re-designed using the NextGEN Pro plugin for managing the images / albums / galleries. The web designer set up the thumbnails for the Albums, & I now cannot see how to change these; I had assumed it would be the same as for the ‘Articles’ etc – i.e. ‘set thumbnail’ in the bottom right of the relevant page, but apparently it is not. Can anyone please advise me where the thumbnails are accessed & how I change these, as I cannot see them anywhere in the CP?

    I finally figured out myself how to do this so this is no longer an issue. But please note I don’t have a ‘member’s area’ – the web developer who set up my website has a business account with NextGEN which I do not have access to, yet he won’t assist me with any problems I have with it – hence I have to post questions on forums.

    @alice Mutasa – I’m glad you sorted this out on your own, very good for you!! It is unfortunate the person who sut up your website won’t help you with it now.

    Also to note, there is no such thing as a “business account” for NextGEN Pro … although the license holder does have direct access to our support team, we are offering (at least for the time being) everyone limited access to our Bug Report process until we feel we have reached a stable version of the 2.0.x NextGEN Gallery branch.

    Thanks very much. I have just sent another query about something that is not working on the live site to the second link above; but these seem to be more about reporting bugs & problems than about getting general advice about how to use NextGEN.

    NB: This is part of the response I got; it seems that I do need to be the licence holder to access any direct help – & it is the web designer who holds the licence who won’t give me his login details – or I am told to come & post on here if I am using the ‘free’ version – but I am using the Pro version on my site! –
