How to send files to a registered user?

    I’m building a site where people can order for custom graphic designs, which I design according to their preferences and then they can buy it.
    What I want is,
    1. User registration option
    2. After registration, if the user orders a design I will start working. After designing I want to send the preview of the design directly to the specific user account.
    3. The preview page should have a buy now button. Only if the user pays the required amount, he should be able to download the original design files.
    I don’t know how to do it.
